I purchased a merchandise on XX/XX/2021 and the item was never delivered to me. By Federal law they are to provide proof of delivery by providing a copy of the Form 4473 and the last line of that for is supposed to have my signature that I picked up my item. all they are providing is a credit card receipt. I explained the to American Express several times but they seem to have a problem understanding me. I do not know where my item is. I stopped contacted the store because I was not getting any answers. I need my money returned. I should not have to pay for something that was never delivered to me.
