I had subscribed to XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX while switching over 2 lines and because the reception was poor, I had cancelled the plans in XX/XX/XXXX, within the 20 day window. I had received the XXXX return label and had shipped it out in time. Had expected the lines to be cancelled and my auto-payment stopped, but that never happened until I realized it on XX/XX/XXXX and called the customer service and was assured that the amount be refunded, which it was - but only partially. then in XXXX, I received a notice of payment for an amount of {$230.00} with a last date of payment on the invoice of XX/XX/XXXX. I received the latter on XXXX XXXX and made the payment on XX/XX/XXXX. However, the account has now gone into collections for no reason whatsoever, and charging me an addition {$59.00}, which was not in the invoice I received in XX/XX/XXXX.
