XXXX XXXX reported a credit card belonging to my ex wife was XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. It was not. It was discharged in XXXX. I have a divorce decree that shows I am not responsible for any accounts that belong to my ex wife and that I was to be removed. XXXX XXXX did not remove me. XXXX XXXX still reports it incorrectly on my credit bureaus and in my name. As well as false information. XXXX XXXX has duplicated the discharge 2 times which is not legal in the first place and incorrect. And can not be in in my name per legal documents which they did. The XX/XX/XXXX reporting needs to be removed and the card and information needs to be removed off my name. Please have them follow all legal avenues and remove the duplicate information as well as off my name.
