My name is XXXX XXXX and I am not a third party. I am a consumer disputing again for myself. I disputed information on my credit report that some how without doing a proper investigation like interviews with neighbors, friends, associates as the law states Equifax should, Equifax relied on electronic verification instead. No original documents no accounting audits nothing 100 % accurate and verifiable as Congress makes clear just a paid verified. I XXXX XXXX also never gave Equifax written consent to furnish any information on my consumer report 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) No Permissible purpose and youre reporting fraudulently with no consent. Now, Equifax is civilly liable.
