For some reason that was never disclosed to me, the transaction was canceled by XXXX XXXX. At the time XXXX XXXX told me that I had to wait up to 12 weeks in order to get my money back. The 12 weeks elapsed on XX/XX/2021. Several times, I contacted XXXX XXXX and Navy Federal Credit Union in order to get my money back. So far, nobody has been able to tell me where is my money and how to get it back.
