national credit systems is attempting to collect an alleged obligation on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. national credit XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX sent demand for payment under a 50 % settlement offer. per my knowledge there is no legal binding contract bearing my signature to contract with national credit systems. the original creditor XXXX XXXX as inaccurately reported an alleged delinquent account bearing my personal information. per the law XXXX renewal was paid in full via the negotiable instrument provided to XXXX during the signing of my lease. per the bankruptcy act of XXXX XXXX gave the American people the right to pay for all debts by providing an negotiable instrument as I did when at the signing of said negotiable instrument on between the creditor and debtor in the year of 2019. Per the debt collection laws national credit system is in violation of the FDCPA, TILA as the alleged debt as been satisfied. XXXX XXXX and National Credit Systems is in violation of XXXX6 CFR 433.2 along with Title 15 USC 1692 debt collection practices per the FDCPA. national system has committed identity theft as no permission was granted to house my personal information within their database
