Fraud charges in my account from XXXX Hi, I am not sure how long this has been happening, but I just realized last month I had XXXX I think had charges from XXXX. I know I had some charges before applied from my account without my authorization and it was phone payments. I do only banking and had set up one payment. This time I changed the account and made the payment but still someone called and charged {$150.00} to my debit card and it was a fraud I know XXXX XXXX also has charged off one of my account and put my report and whole jobs due to that and I do believe some fraud happened under my name In XXXX XXXX. Someone has been taking money out and not sure how long this has been happening. I reported but never got help and someone is calling saying they are XXXX. XXXX Payment Reminder : Visit XXXX or call XXXX TTY XXXX to make pymt on your XXXX Credit Card. To opt out of texts reply STOP These are fraud. I told XXXX not to take payment over the phone due to this fraud. They have to fix my account and have to stop. Please take care.
