My credit report for Transunion and XXXX has dropped by 60 points since XX/XX/2021 for no reason. I have paid off a car loan to XXXX XXXX since last month. I paid off all of my credit cards except for one. I refinanced my home from 3.25 to 2.25 %. The one credit card that I opened has a 16 month intro at 0 %. All of these positive points have been done since XXXX and yet my score goes down 60 points. This is unacceptable and needs to be reported. I contacted Transunion to find out why my report went down and could not get an answer from them
