I have been disputing an account that has been hurting my credit report for a while now. I have been telling and explaining to EQUIFAX, XXXX and XXXX that the account is not mine. I already did my job and spoke to the company and they couldn't find any records that shows that I have or had an account with them. The company that shows on my credit report is called XXXX, I will attached a copy of my credit report where shows this account. and the reason why I'm complaining today is because I did complaint before and nothing changes, I dispute the account and nothing changes, I even ask EQUIFAX, XXXX and XXXX to sent me everything they have that proofs the account is mine but nothing happens.
