First.. I have excellent payment history on all my bills. All creditors except Kickoff send emails or mail when bills are due. As soon as I get them, I pay them. Kickoff did not send emails or letters to me. Last year I became a Kickoff customer to build my credit. I invested {$12.00} of my own money into Kickoff. Kickoff was paid the {$12.00} immediately. Now, the only thing I had to do was simulate Im paying them each month on time. In the beginning they sent emails for about 3 months. I believed what i read when I joined their platform that I needed not to worry about keeping up with the simulated payments because they will automatically do it for me because they already have their money. I never borrowed any money from them. Since I did not receive any more notices from them, I literally forgot about my account with them. They were not reporting on my credit report until they sent to my credit report I was late for months of non-payment on a loan. This was a surprise to me because, I never borrowed anything from them. So my credit score dropped 40 points. I reached out to Kickoff and requested for copies of emails to be forwarded to me. What they sent was a made up chart that of course did not validate that they sent me an email or letter via mail. I mentioned to them that if I called anyone of my creditors, they can forward me the emails and letters they sent. I received no more response after that. I disputed it with XXXX telling them, I never received a loan from Kickoff to which this would not make them a creditor. I owe them nothing. They refuse to validate proof and remove the derogatory information on my credit report that wasnt true.
