because of covid I fell behind in my mortgage payments in XX/XX/2020. I started to work with my mortgage company on a plan to help. finally in XXXX they gave me a forbearance but for only a month. I sent them a payment and it was returned to me. I find out that they had sold my mortgage to s & n servicing and it had to start whole process over. right around this time I went to doctor for checkup and her saw a strange XXXX on my XXXX. it turned out to be XXXX and it had XXXX XXXX to remove it and then XXXX to be sure. this fall effected my work once again. I have been sending info fir months to s & n and they finally sent me a proposal at beginning if XXXX XXXX there offer is to increase my payment from {$1000.00} to {$1700.00} and increase my interest rate from 3 to 4.5 even though interest rates are at and all time low. I fell like they are talking advantage of me because I dont have a middle man negotiating for me. this payment would take up more than half of my income. what can I do?
