On XX/XX/2021 ComenityXXXX ( FDIC # XXXX ) Restricted access to my saving account since someone is another state tried to access my account. I immediately changed my password. On XX/XX/2021 their fraud department finally cleared my account for me to access it. But " executive management '' still has not lifted the restriction ( XX/XX/2021 ). They are giving me no reason why. I need my money asap to replace my roof and remove trees. Otherwise I may be dropped from my homeowners insurance. I have contacted them multiple times a day and all they tell me is that they are working on it. When asked what else they are working on since their fraud department cleared me, they have no answer for me. They also can't tell me when I can expect access to my money. My daily phone calls have been over an hour because to transfers and long hold times.
