Pursuant to 15 USC 1692g I submit that I no longer validate these alleged debts until they can show me evidence of the journal or ledger entries that shows that more debt exceeds the amount of credit gained on the account. I allege that these corporations have gained 9-10x the amount of debt established. If thats the case, then according to the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles I allege that I dont owe a debt and this information violates my consumer rights. These companies have been contacted and these companies information violates FDCPA and FCRA requirements. I am the original creditor. I am the consumer. Please Delete, Remove and Block All Information Regarding These Accounts Immediately. Under TITLE 1.81.5. CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT OF 2018 PLEASE DELETE ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE CCPA. RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF SALE OR SHARING.
