Experian and XXXX are violating 15 usc 1681e ( b ) by not accurately reporting the information to my consumer file!!!! Its their job as a reporting agency to accurately validate and verify all information before reporting the data to my consumer file!!! Experian and XXXX have failed to do so!!!!! Experian and XXXX are violating 15 usc 1692d ( 4 ). XXXX has provided a letter stating that they do not own this debt nor do they have a financial interest in this debt ; therefore, this must be removed immediately! They are also violating 15 usc 1692g by not properly validating this debt before reporting this information to my consumer report! XXXX has also stated that XXXX is the only bureau that has removed the incorrect information by stating that Experian and XXXX are the only bureaus that are still reporting this erroneous information!!!! XXXX and Experian are furnishing false information which violates 15 usc 1692e punishable pursuant 15 usc 1692k and pursuant 15 usc 1681n ( 1 ) ( B ) they both are punishable in the amount of XXXX. I have also included my identification to show that I XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX am the person submitting this complaint!!! And above all other things XXXX and Experian are violating my right to privacy pursuant 15 usc 1681a ( 4 ) and they do not have permissible purpose pursuant 1681b ( 2 )!
