My consumer rights pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act are being violated. I have inaccurate/fraudulent accounts appearing on my consumer file/credit report. I have sent several letters disputing the fraudulent accounts and filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Comission. I am requesting that these accounts be removed immediately. I need help enforcing my consumer rights. The violations are : 1 ) 15 usc 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) - Accuracy And Fairness Of Credit Reporting I have a right to privacy. No company or person can tell me what is private to me. My right to privacy is being violated with these fraudulent accounts appearing on my credit file. 2 ) 15 usc 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) Permissible Purpose Of Consumer Reports I did not give written permission to report these fraudulent accounts on my behalf. There is no permissible purpose to report these fraudulent accounts. 3 ) 15 usc 1681a- ( e ) Congress says when an investigation is conducted you must speak to my neighbors, friends, or associates. If you did speak with them congress say the information provided can not be factual! These fraudulent accounts can not be verified. I am the only one that can validate accounts on my behalf. They must be removed immediately! I have attached my drivers license and utility bill to verify my identity and residence.
