I XXXX XXXX XXXX, recently discovered some unauthorized inquiries i did not consent, authorize nor benefit from and the consumer reporting agency know as Equifax still published this information onto my consumer report. Under 15 USC 1681b- Permissible purposes of consumer reports, In General, Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. I did not give Equifax any written consent to furnish these alleged inquiries onto my consumer report, no consent is identity theft.
