They did not have prior consent to contact I XXXX XXXX the consumer, natural person which violates 15 USC 1692c ( a ) It was an extremely inconvenient time when I received this text. The us of! was The use of obscene or profane language which is to abuse to me the reader 15 USC 1692d ( 2 ) The message in Exhibit A states We are offering you a 50 % reduction Which indicates The advertisement for sale of any debt to coerce payment of the debt.
