I have sent numerous 609 letters regarding disputes to my credit file in addition to a 611 report asking the bureaus how they arrived to the decision to leave multiple charge off accounts as verified. XXXX XXXX XXXX : Theyre alleging that I owe for an account with them but all 3 bureaus are not only verifying the accounts without a proper investigation, theyre illegally changing the date of last activity & the date of charge off theyre giving is XX/XX/XXXX while the bureaus are changing the information with every dispute. The information is not in line with what the creditor is reporting so it needs to come off. XXXX XXXX : The credit card on my credit file ending in XXXX was paid off on XX/XX/XXXX & I was told by the representative I paid this off with that it would be deleted from my credit reports but its still being reported as derogatory when its been paid in full. This needs to be deleted. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : This account is showing open when in fact its already been charged off & with every dispute youre allowing updates in payment history & for this to be factored into my available credit. The date of last activity is also being reset to this year which is incorrect. This tradeline should also be deleted XXXX XXXX : On my XXXX credit report its showing that I was 60 days late & Experian its showing 30 days late. I would like for the late payments to be removed since the creditor cant seem to keep up with accurate information regarding my account. XXXX XXXX : The credit card I had with them was paid in full but XXXX is still reporting this account as negative & Experian as well as XXXX are still reporting balances. This account also needs to be deleted XXXX XXXX : Last Active dates are all showing different which has something to do with the way its aged on my reports.This is inaccurate information that needs to be deleted
