How can I have excellent pay history and yet such poor credit scores by only XXXX and Experian? The credit scores & remarks given by these 2 credit monitoring agencies do not accurately reflect the proper history of the credit reports. I have not had a delinquent or derogatory account and yet, both XXXX & Experian cite this as one of the reasons of my low credit score. XXXX and Experian are bound by the laws of the The Fair Credit Reporting Act to report FAIRLY and ACCURATELY which it has not done and has made no effort in making the necessary adjustments to effect this change. In fact they keep lowering my credit scores and due to their adverse reporting, this has negatively affected my credit report since creditors and lenders often go by scores and summaries put out by these credit monitoring agencies rather than scrutinize the actual details of any one credit report. ( XXXX seems to be the only one that seems to be reasonably correct and they use the same calculating module. )
