I mailed them a certified letter # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021 and have yet to obtain a response from the company. I called their customer service # today and spoke with XXXX XXXX who stated that this bill is still owing ; however, I do not recall obtaining the services. I am requesting again, as stated in my letter dated back in XX/XX/2021, ( that I still have not received a response from ) some sort of documentation that this debt belongs to me.
