I placed an order from a website for an electronic, robot operated litter box. I never received shipping confirmation or tracking information and when I went back to the website it had completely vanished. I opened a dispute with PayPal since the payment was made via their services. PayPal then " closed '' my dispute because the " seller provided tracking information '' Upon reviewing the tracking information I found that a ) the package was supposedly delivered at a time when I was home. There was no knock, no postal delivery person and no package. The tracking information also said that the item was shipped via " parcel select lightweight '' which only covers very lightweight mail and packages. This litterbox would weigh in excess of 25 lbs and there is absolutely no way that it could be shipped via this method.
