Creditor Credence RM reported a derogatory remark on my credit report randomly without proper notification of the debt. I had absolutely no idea the debt even existed when the company reported it. The derogatory remark hurt my credit score in a major way. I was not properly notified about the debt. Its such a small amount, I would have paid it if I were made aware. I contacted the company about not being properly notified and if they could remove it from my credit report and they said No. I was willing to pay the debt off, but I would like it removed from my report and the company refused. They could not prove to me their attempts notify me, but still refused to remove it from my report. The creditor is Credence RM and it was placed on my report on XX/XX/2020.
