I am XXXX XXXX XXXX, and just to let you know that I am sending a complaint to your good office for myself and there is no third person/company related to this request. I have a loan with KOHLS/CAPONE with account # XXXX, which was opened last 2017. I have not made any late payments with this account and you will be able to check it in my credit report. The 30-days late payment was an error on the Creditor 's end. I have made contact with both the 3 Credit Bureaus and the Creditor but I have not heard or received anything from both of them. Based on Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC sections 1681i within the time set forth by law and continued reporting of unverified information, they are either to provide any legal documents to validate their investigation and remarks or correct the status of this account immediately.
