Apparently a Debt Collection company called Receivable Management showed up on my credit report in 2019. I have since been sending the company letter to delete this collections from my credit reports because I have no knowledge of this account and the account is not mine. The collections amount that is stated on my credit report is in the amount of {$360.00} and it says the original creditor is XXXX XXXX. This can not possibly be my account because I am still with XXXX XXXX. and have been for a while. I have tried to rectify the issue with the collection agency with a letter sent stating the issue and asking them to remove this collections account with the credit bureaus but they have yet to rectify this issue.
