This is a complaint against timeshare XXXX. I have requested multiple times for verification of an account that is reporting on my credit. The creditor has refused to provide any information. This willful neglect has not only caused much financial hardship, but is also a direct violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I need help in this situation because I can not refinance many loans I have or obtain new lines of credit. We've been requesting for validation but had no responses. I have requested multiple times for verification of this account and send out disputes on the following dates : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. Our rights under Fair Credit Billing Act of 1974 is not being followed. There is improper billing, my financial information has been shared without my permission, and my rights are being violated. I want this account to be closed or validated. They're willfully neglecting the verifications to purposely cause harm and stress. I have disputed this account for validity it is not been verified they continue to attempt to take money out of my account and threaten me with legal action which they are willfully not following the law and violating my rights under the fair credit reporting act. We feel we're being profiled and neglected by these conglomerates for they only demand payment with no evidence of the right to collect. I need assistance in this matter and these companies should be penalized for violating federal law.
