I opened an account with Comenity Bank Wayfair in XX/XX/XXXX. My payments are due on the XXXX of each month. I submit my payments during the last week of each month prior to my due date. For the XX/XX/XXXX payment, I submitted my payment on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, a late fee credit of {$40.00} was applied to my account. Today, I contacted Comenity Bank to inquire why I was charged a late fee for XXXX 's payment when my payment was not late, and in fact, paid 3 days early. The representative responded that he didn't know why I was charged a late fee. This is very disturbing, despite their correction as an applied credit. Further, I checked my XXXX credit report. Despite having a balance, this is a closed account. It appears that Comenity Bank is reporting an available credit amount of {$1600.00} which is inaccurate and erroneously contributing to the total available credit amount on my credit profile. My Comenity Bank statement shows an available credit of {$0.00}.
