I have asked for a signed contract with my signature and havent not received. What was sent just a balance. I called and the representative was rude. I am very respectful and honest. I am trying to cooperate, but it is hard too. I am not hard to work with resolving any issue unless the other parties are. Also, this company has be re-aging my XXXX credit report which is illegal.
