Since XXXX I received a letter from Lakeview confirming that my forbearace had ended and that I had to pay again or take up a payment plan ; On XX/XX/XXXX, I called and spoke with an advisor and chose between downloading the interest rate to lower the fee and / or lengthen the time and lower the interest, the advisor of the morgage company told me that they would send the two proposals so that I could choose the one that best accommodated, after that call call the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and they always tell me not to worry that they will send the documents soon ; It seems to me that enough time has passed for them to send me the documents so that I can continue to pay my morgage. note : additionally since the month of XXXX I have tried to make payments for the page and it does not allow me because my user is blocked and what all the advisors have told me is that it is due to the arrangement contract process ; I think that is mi right to make payments and verify my account statement.
