In the last 2 months, Loan Depot has rejected my mortgage payments. This causes me a major financial crisis as I have to make another payment to Loan Depot over the phone. Both of these payments come out of my XXXX XXXX checking account. This is hard on me as I have to wait for the rejected payment to be put back in my checking account. I have called Loan Depot about 6 times and one customer service rep admitted to me that Loan Depot has done this to other customers. Three times I asked for a manager to call me back to resolve this issue and still have not received a call back. I feel Loan Depot is trying to force a foreclosure on me. For the first 5 months there were no problems with my payments. Starting in XXXX, Loan Depot started rejecting my payments. My bank account has not changed over this time frame. My account with Loan Depot has not changed over this time frame. Thank you.
