I was in an approved disaster mortgage forbearance with SLS ( Specialized Loan Servicing ) due to Hurricane Harvey from XXXX. I paid off the entire amount in full prior to the deadline of the forbearance in XXXX. When I checked my three credit reports in XXXX of this year, I noticed that all three were showing that I had been more than 180 days late on that account in XX/XX/2018, which was incorrect as I have never been late at all. Since then, I have called and emailed SLS numerous times, submitted multiple disputes through the credit bureaus, spoken to XXXX XXXX, and now you all. The past several SLS supervisors have acknowledged their error and told me that they would fix the issue to show " no data '' for that time period, but it never gets fixed. I just received yet another email from XXXX showing that the dispute has not changed anything yet again and it remains status quo. Their incorrect information is affecting my credit score negatively. Please help!
