I have received multiple unsolicited offers in the mail from American Express. I have called in excess of 10 times to get this issue resolved and to have my contact information removed from their system. Each time I have been told that it was taken care of, but I continue to receive between 5-10 mailer offers EVERY month. I am registered as Do Not Contact/ 5 year opt out on ALL offers, but they still send me mailers. I am routinely hung up on by representatives from American Express and am fed up with being harrassed by this creditor.
