I was a tenant at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. I been staying in that complex for almost 21/2 years, I always paid my rent till the pandemic. Im a XXXX XXXX and we all know that XXXX industry was shut down for a minute. I didnt get unemployment I was denied cause i didnt file right and I had a hard time trying get into contact with Alabama labor cause they was so bagged up and I caught XXXX. Now the management at the apartment was aware of my situation cause I keep in touch with them through emails. I signed the Eviction Order in XXXX for protection. I offered them XXXX on my rent and they refuse to answer me or work with me. I didnt know that they can refuse payments while on the CDC Eviction Order , they did the whole time I was on the order. They evicted me 3 times while on the order. I made effort for rental assistance and XXXX XXXX approve me and gave me over XXXX for rent. So of course they threw it out. They did it again then I got a lawyer from legal help and she told me to send them a partial payment and see what they do. I sent them {$50.00} and made effort for more assistance in XXXX and they knew this. The lawyer sent the money back. The whole time I was on the order they wouldnt take any money from me. My lease was up and they wouldnt renew my lease and I ask the management and the lawyer why and they told me they didnt have to give me a reason it was the law. I took the situation to court and the judge ask me what did I want do after I told him that I was evicted while on the order. He told me to pay till he give them possession of the property because it was nothing he could do about the renew lease because it was the law. He told they Attonery to make payments arrangements with me and he will mail us a letter when he reach his decision. They never made the payments arrangements, I heard nothing from them. ( I will show documents. ) They file something the next week and the sheriff put a letter on my door saying I got 48 hours to leave the property. It was never court possession papers only a paper from management office with they attorney name on it and the paper I had already had that was mail to me.I didnt trust it and to me something wasnt right so I remained in the property because the judge did tell me and they Attonery it was gon na be a while before he give them the Property, and because I had no where else to go.So I contacted they home office for the 3rd or 4th time to let them know what was going on. The sheriff never came and they never contact me to give me heads up that he was coming at the end of XXXX. The sheriff came and told me I had till XX/XX/XXXX to remove my stuff or he was gon na throw it out. XX/XX/XXXX is when I left, they had two sheriffs out there like I was threat or something. A guy who I had seen before and a female cop. They guy cop act like he was scared of me. XXXX I never threaten them or cuss them out. I want to but I kept a cool head. Its no telling what they told them officers or that judge to get me removed the next week. So I moved out I did a video before I left I didnt clean up but I didnt leave any trash or furniture nor it wasnt any damage done to the apartment. The movers scrap the connor of the wall by they entrance cause they had a hard time getting my sofa out. I got a email from Hunter Warfield saying I owe XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX this is my outstanding balance. I sent them a email and court paper and they said they will send it to dispute and put it under investigation.
