I am XXXX XXXX and submitting this complaint myself and there is no third party involved. On XX/XX/2021 Flagship Credit Acceptance violated the cease and desist order sent to them by certified mail on XX/XX/2021. Flagship Credit Acceptance agent " XXXX XXXX '' informed me in a phone conversation ( that I initiated in order to expedite the process ) that they ( Flagship Credit Acceptance ) received the cease and desist demand on XX/XX/2021 and noted the information on the account file for the " alleged debt '' then referred me to a senior account specialist in XXXX, but I was never able to get in contact with them that day or today. Flagship Credit Acceptance mailed a billing statement to my home address after I demanded/ordered the company ( Flagship Credit Acceptance ) to cease all contact with me. Flagship Credit Acceptance has still not validated this " alleged debt '' pursuant to 15USC1692g nor have they ( Flagship Credit Acceptance ) responded to the invoice sent to them for the Title 15 damages itemized in the summary of charges that was sent to them by certified mail on XX/XX/2021. All evidence of my claim is attached and I would like this matter resolved quickly and damages paid to me by check. The " billing statement '' also has the same violations from the first " billing statement '' in question which would double their invoice fee. This action is a willful violation of my rights as a federally protected consumer and they should be held liable both criminally and civilly pursuant to 15USC1611 and 15USC1640.
