I found out this year ( 2021 ) that someone had gotten loans and credit cards in my name. I keep getting phone calls from debt companies about debt that's owed to them in my name. I contacted the company Best Egg and let them know I never ever applied for a loan with them in my name. I submitted my FTC report, my Police report and a letter telling them that the debt is not mine. They told me that they will not except my documents because the supplied the loan to me into a XXXX XXXX account that I do not have. I don't know what else I can do to prove that the debt is not mine. I went to the Law Enforment agency and the government fraud websites to prove my name and Best Egg is basically telling to go XXXX an egg unless I pay. The loan was aquired in XXXX for almost {$19000.00} dollar.s
