On XX/XX/2021 I reviewed my credit reports and noticed a medical collection being reported to all three credit bureaus by ARS Account Resolution. I wrote them a " Certified Letter '' on XX/XX/2021 asking them to " Validate '' this collection account that they reported under my name and social security number. I was very specific in pointing out that this was not my debt and that I'm requesting that they provide me with documentation to validate this. On XX/XX/2021 I received a one ( 1 ) page letter from ARS telling me who they represent and that they verified the information with their client and confirmed it. I wrote them again on XX/XX/2021 via " Certified Mail '' letter two ( # 2 ) and indicated to them that the information that they provided was " Unidentifiable '' to me. I also indicated that they " Did Not '' provide me with any " Validation. '' I then received another letter from ARS dated XX/XX/2021, with the exact verbiage as their letter dated on XX/XX/2021. Finally, I sent a third letter ( 3 ) dated XX/XX/2021 via " Certified Mail '' letting them know that if they could not " Validate '' this collection in which they have placed on my credit files, they need to remove it immediately. As of this date, XX/XX/2021 they have not responded and this " Unvalidated '' collection is still reflecting on my credit file. They are in direct violation of the FDCPA Sec 809 ( a ) ( b ) and the FCRA Sec 623.
