I keep calling about account that reporting inaccurate on my credit report and I dispute several of times and spoken with representatives on yesterday on XXXX the XXXX and I was told account previously investigating and representative told me they haven't received any responses and I stated if your not had any response from this within 30 days the file must be removed from file per Federal Credit Reporting Act 609 but account is showing close. The Bureau isn't obeying the laws their not above the laws. I ask to representative to provide me the method of validation it was refused
