I had a background check submitted to this CheckR on XX/XX/2021. They are over 8 weeks since this was submitted. They state in many places 3 to 5 business days. I have tried calling, no matter what option selected their phone systeem will tell you there is no one to take your call and hangs up. They took 6 weeks to answer an email, and all it said was most background checks take 3-5 business days some may take longer due to court turn times. There is no getting a resolution. This company is not accountable to anyone. They are costing me thousands of dollars I could be making if working at the job they are supposed to be clearing my background check for.
