Consumer Narrative

I disputed a fraudulent bankruptcy with all the credit reporting agencies including with the court of Bankruptcy and the public records office of XXXX. The court and XXXX sent me a resolution after a thorough investigation that and confirmed with their records that I have been a victim of identity theft and the fraudulent bankruptcy must delete from all the credit reporting agencies. However, the bankruptcy yet is being reported by none other than the XXXX credit reporting agency falsifying their claims that the bankruptcy is accurate. I have documents that support my claim from the court and the public records office. Yet, XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax refuses to file for a removal of this fraudulent tradeline out of my records and claim the court records are inaccurate or sometimes they claim they are " investigation '' or " disputing '' and when the status of the dispute is checked online, they haven't taken any actions. The mentioned credit bureaus must face immediate disciplinary actions set by the law for filing/reporting inaccurate information on the consumer 's credit report. They have the duties of reporting accurate information and once the data furnisher claims the error and informs them to be removed or informs the consumer that the data furnisher was inaccurate with their reporting. The credit bureau must revise the reports under applicable law of the United States of FCRA Subsection 605 ( B ). This complaint is directed to all the credit bureaus that are neglecting in their duties and ruining consumer 's credit reports which their negligence costs us our financial credibility.
