I currently have a loan with this company. I monitor my scores on all levels with all 3 agencies because there are lots of weird issues that I have and have tried disputing which companies don't seem to care about the law. I went to refinance this loan and they denied me stating I had an XXXX score of XXXX, which I have never had and I kindly said you must have a mistake. I called XXXX 5 mins later requested my report from them, asked if my score was indeed that low and they said no. The company states they use the vantage 3 scoring model which I can see is and was at XXXX that day. I requested to that companies cooperate number and I notified the customer relations department. I was contacted by a member and she said it was shown as XXXX however weirdly enough thats not the score she sees in her system, and not what shown now. she told me to call the branch I had requested the loan again. I was told by XXXX employee my score was not XXXX that there is no way they would show that if they were simply using the information provided by XXXX XXXX The store assured me they dont use any scorring models of their own, simply XXXX information. XXXX told me to have them run my credit again which they did and another inquirie on my report and they have a score again well below my score. Denied for the loan I dispute the score, I requested a copy of the report they used to make the determination which they denied. There own website has a check your credit score tab which also showed my score to be almost XXXX and they still would not listen to me or provide me any fair information that shows me how they can deny me with a score that wasnt mine.
