XXXX, Experian and XXXX is reporting inaccurate information on my consumer credit report. They continue to furnish inaccurate information that was open fraudulently and/or reported inaccurately. This is causing adverse action to be taking against me. My personal information has been brought and sold to other persons. I did not give these CRA 's permission to do so or to advertise any fraudulent or inaccurate information. The furnisher duty is to investigate inaccurate information and conduct a proper investigation under the FRCA requirements. In regard to 15 USC 1681S-2 they have violated the law. The furnished information needs to be modified, deleted or permanently blocking the reporting of all disputed information According to the federal law ( 15 USC 1681 ) it states that consumer reporting agencies must ensure their right to report on the consumers report with fairness, impartiality and to respect the consumers right to privacy with regards to confidentiality, accuracy, relevancy, and proper utilization of information. They have failed to follow the federal law which is affecting my credit worthiness and reputation etc.
