I contacted Capital One just about 9 months ago to change my credit card due date from the XXXX to the XXXX. I was told over the phone that they would. Strangely though, they also decided to report the account with 30 day late payments. I was very upset so I called to get these lates removed. Even if Capital One wanted to consider me late for not paying on the XXXX, paying on the XXXX would still only be 14 days late. The 30 day late reporting is completely inaccurate. I conveyed this to them, and they promised me they would remove them but the 30 day late marks are still on my report. In XXXX, I sent them a written notice explaining the situation but Capital One continues to report this account incorrectly.
