on XX/XX/2021 a payment was sent to kia motor finance check was cashed on XX/XX/2021 on XX/XX/2021 i recived a call from kia that i did not make a payment i checked my checking account and saw it was cashed on XX/XX/2021 i gave them a payment over the phone in hope that it could be found after talking to XXXX at the end of XXXX she said she found the missing money and it would be credit to my account in 5 to 7 days never happened called back beginning of XX/XX/2021 talked to XXXX again was told that the money was there would be applied to my account in 5to 7 days and was told not to make anther payment untill this was resolved. on XX/XX/2021 i recived a call from kia stating i was past due and needed to make a payment at once. after trying to explain i was transferred to XXXX XXXX who also said he found the missing payment and it would be credited in 5 to 7 days i cant get these people to fix this i only have 1 more payment due until lease end this has now been going on for 75 days and my account is showing past due please help
