I am currently in the middle of a refinance with another lender and Midland mortgage has made it a pain to try and get documents for me to close on my refinance. Ive requested a document which we are going on a months time and still havent received it. I feel like they are preventing me from refinancing the loan and have been the worst mortgage company Ive dealt with. Every time I call no one is capable of helping me or sending me the right documents. We are in 2021 I shouldnt have to fax things over and hope they receive it since I do not get any confirmation. Im hoping they can get their things together and look to help out their own customers. It makes me very upset since its costing me money every single day that I have to wait for them to send me something that is so simple and could be easily emailed over even if its in a few days NOT MONTHS! Midland mortgage has been a pain!
