Back in XXXX ofXX/XX/XXXX, I submitted a request to remove a fraudulent account on my XXXX credit report of a XXXX XXXX Credit Card that I did not open nor did I sign any documents for. I never saw the account on my file until it became maxed out, then delinquent and then charged off. No explanation was given and this was opened during the massive XXXX XXXX fraud case and I suspected it was the case but when I went to complain to XXXX, they contacted XXXX XXXX and of course they updated or " Verified '' the account but never sent me any documentation as to why that would be the case. The Charge off on my credit report is completely fraudulent and was never opened with my persmission.
