i am making this complaint solely on my own. on XX/XX/2021 i sent out a dispute letter to experian. asking them to remove items from my report because i didnt give them written permission to allow the items to be on my report. i based my facts in the letter on the law o.c.g.a. 15 usc 1681a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( B ). when i didnt hear back from them by XX/XX/2021, i then called experian and the girl on the phone said she didnt know about the laws so she cant remove items off my credit report. so on XX/XX/2021, i had an affidavit of truth written, signed, and notarized and i mailed it to experian. along with the original letter i wrote and evidence. i have still have not heard back from experian, not by phone, and not by mail. it has been over two months since i originally reached out to experian concerning my credit file and credit report. from my understanding if they do not respond back in 30 days then the items must be removed from my credit file immediately. also from my understanding of the government law the items that are on my report should not have been on there in the first place. please help me to get a response from experian credit reporting agency. thank you cfpb
