This company is Equifax and I have disputed 7 times 1. XX/XX/XXXX # XXXX ; 2. XX/XX/XXXX # XXXX ; 3. XX/XX/XXXX # XXXX ; 4. XX/XX/XXXX # XXXX ; 5. XX/XX/XXXX # XXXX and 6. XXXX ; 7. XX/XX/XXXX # XXXX XXXX XXXX account and they still have not corrected the incorrect information. At one point they added a " repossession that never existed which dropped my credit score 60 points and lost my ability to get a mortgage. I have sent dispute letters and documentation to have them remove this account from my credit reports because it is negatively effecting my credit report. They have to either remove it from my credit report or DO NOT SHOW any late payments and paid as agreed. This account has been closed and was never repossessed. The first late payment was on XX/XX/XXXX and is over 7 years old. Per law The original delinquency is the one that starts the clock. That means the entire sequence should disappear seven years from the first date the payment was late. Which is XX/XX/XXXX. This is over 7 years and I have ask over 7 disputes to please remove and stop reporting all late payments. It should reports paid as agreed no late payments.
