Over the past two weeks, I have tried to log into my Experian account online to lift a credit freeze. I was unable to log in using the user id and password saved in my XXXX XXXX password XXXX. They sent me a passcode. It didn't work. They sent me repeated passcodes. They didn't work. I called them on multiple numbers at multiple times and got transferred all over the place. They all asked for multiple kinds of identification and security information which I gave them to their satisfaction, but they still couldn't get me into my web account online or unfreeze my credit. The last guy told me to mail in multiple forms of identification by paper mail. I did. I called today on multiple lines and finally got a human being. She was an answering service who asked me what I needed, then transferred me immediately. The person I got could not help me. She said she was the wrong person. She gave me two numbers to call for Experian. One was XXXX XXXX XXXX. I never got a human being. It hung up on me. I called the second number. That number was XXXX XXXX XXXX. That number was not even an Experian number. The recording that answered identified the number as belonging to XXXX XXXX. I hung up. Then I came to you and filled out this form.
