On XX/XX/XXXX a phone number ( XXXX ) XXXX and ( XXXX ) XXXX called my family members and spouse trying to retrieve my personal information stating I wrote a bad check in XXXX and that navy federal is suing me and. ( I did not write any checks with them in that year and Navy federal has never reached out to me in regards to that. They became belligerent on the phone cussing at my fiance for asking who they were and to stop calling. When you call all they say is " law office how may I help you '' they were telling personal information about a " case '' with my parents. Gave them the attorney name XXXX XXXX with case number XXXX and that I am being sued and that my father was also co signed on a loan by me. My parents are not in even the same state as me. I don't even know how they got their new numbers and my fiance 's new number. I have not received anything by mail or phone in regards to this matter they speak of.
