I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and I am forwarding this complaint myself. There is no third party involved in this request. This CAPITAL ONE with Account number XXXX appeared to be included in Bankruptcy which is erroneous because this account is {$0.00} in balance and it only reports on my XXXX. I have no idea about the said account. Send any and all documentation that validates your investigation and comments and that the 3 Credit Bureau is legally allowed to report this on my credit report. If unable to, remove the account immediately.
