Consumer Narrative
This company has sent collection notices, called and harassed me this past Wednesday ( the same day we were BURYING my grandmother who just died the previous XXXX ). They are falsely trying to collect on a debt not even 'owed ' at all to the XXXX XXXX service ( whom will not even schedule a package pick-up at all, until the postage/handling fees are already paid to them online ( prepaid ) first ; In excess of over {$250.00}. This company needs reported for their activities and extortion attempts. I only pay the ORIGINAL creditor ( s ) and I pay them 'directly '. It will NOT reflect on your credit positively, otherwise.
